Evan is the managing partner of the KBW Sunshine Coast office. His involvement with the company dates back to 2005 at its inception. Evan has been pivotal in formulating and implementing innovative company systems and processes, particularly for the key Mooloolaba branch.

Evan is a member of the Community Titles Institute of Australia and currently manages a varied portfolio of commercial and residential complexes. As a former bank manager for many years, Evan has extensive financial services and banking experience, including working overseas for international institutions.

The KBW Wide Bay office is managed by a husband and wife team, Graham and Marion Wareing, in Hervey Bay. The team provides extensive service to clients throughout this growing region for all types of residential, commercial and industrial property.

Both Graham and Marion are responsible for their own portfolio of properties, offering professional and personalised service to clients in Bundaberg, Moore Park, Bargara, Maryborough, Hervey Bay, Kingaroy and Gympie, as well as the booming mining towns of Moranbah and Emerald.

Since entering the industry in 1999, Marion has become a specialist in body corporate accounting, and she has helped to drive KBW’s success as the leading body corporate management company in Hervey Bay. Marion is a registered practitioner with the Community Titles Institute of Queensland and a member of the National Community Titles Institute.

Graham joined the industry in 2005, having assisted Marion on a regular basis prior to this time, when he recognised the increasing demand for professional body corporate management in the Wide Bay region.

Bob’s involvement in the body corporate industry started in 2005 with the part purchase and amalgamation of two body corporate management practices, which formed the foundations of KBW today.

Previously, Bob was a retailer for 16 years and also spent 17 years in the banking industry, the last two of which were spent as a financial planner.

Bob has a strong understanding of client needs, coupled with a deep knowledge of business management. Bob is based in Brisbane and manages KBW’s assets from Bribie Island to the New South Wales border.   

Carolyn has been a body corporate manager for 12 years, initially with KBH Management then through the transition to KBW Community Management. Carolyn’s portfolio includes residential and on-site managed buildings, commercial and industrial complexes.

Previously a real estate agent with her own agency, Carolyn is conversant with many aspects of accounting and trust accounting and is familiar with the many similar facets associated with both industries.

Her networking and sales ability, combined with her knowledge of related industries, is advantageous to the company and its clients. In recent times she has added major assistance with the refurbishment of older buildings to her growing list of skills.

With more than 13 years experience in the property industry, Paul is well qualified to provide excellent client service as a body corporate manager.

Paul has expertise in the legal requirements of property management and he has set up many Community Titles Schemes for KBW and past companies. He is experienced in establishing strata schemes and enjoys consulting to KBW clients.

Paul is a practitioner member of the Community Titles Institute Queensland and is highly experienced in identifying and resolving issues, particularly for building maintenance and renovation.

Pat joined KBW Community Management at its inception in 2005 and has contributed significantly to the company’s ongoing business development and success. With a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management, Pat is well versed in industry policy and issues.
Prior to entering the body corporate industry Pat had many years of experience in residential property management and she owned and operated her own business. As a body corporate manager at KBW’s state office she now manages major residential, commercial and industrial buildings for clients in several regional areas.

Pat is well regarded within the industry as a high-level professional and she is a practitioner member of the Community Titles Institute Queensland and an accredited member of the National Community Titles Institute.

Since joining the Body Corporate management industry in early 2005, Michelle has focused on developing a new business initiative, providing services and consulting to developers for strata title buildings and establishing body corporates.

With ten years of sales and marketing experience, Michelle brings a great deal of expertise to the company. Michelle manages a broad range of residential, commercial and industrial buildings and is highly committed to excellent and responsive client service.

Michelle holds a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management, is a member of the Community Titles Institute Queensland, and a member of the Sunshine Coast executive committee of the Urban Development Institute of Australia.
